The Cape Ann Chamber of Commerce held a ribbon cutting ceremony on July 13 to celebrate the grand opening of Plug-In Cape Ann Tours. The ceremony took place at 76 Rogers St., Gloucester.

Plug-In Cape Ann Tours will offer two daily tours, the Gloucester and Rockport Scenic Sunset Tour and the Gloucester Historic Harbor Drive.
