Greater Cape Ann Chamber IDEA Statement:. The Greater Cape Ann Chamber of Commerce commits to advancing inclusion, diversity, equity, and accessibility (IDEA) for people of all ages, genders, ethnicities, cultures, religions, sexual orientation, races, physical abilities, gender identity, and socioeconomic status throughout our organization and across the Cape Ann region. It is our goal to educate our leadership, staff and members, and serve as an example for the entire Greater Cape Ann community. The Chamber will continue to work to advance IDEA initiatives by and among our members, other Cape Ann businesses, local municipalities, and community organizations. The Chamber's commitment to IDEA is central to our focus on building a more vibrant and welcoming Cape Ann.
