Greater Cape Ann Chamber Scholarships

The Chamber annually awards six scholarships with a minimum amount of $1,000 each for area high school seniors.
Greater Cape Ann Chamber of Commerce Scholarship – minimum $1,000
GHS, IHS, RHS and MERHS students, and Essex Tech students who are Cape Ann or Ipswich residents, continuing their education in Business or a related field at the collegiate level are eligible.
2022 Recipient: Mia McCarthy, Rockport High School
Michael Costello Scholarship – minimum $1,000
GHS, IHS, RHS and MERHS students, and Essex Tech students who are Cape Ann or Ipswich residents, continuing their education in Business or a related field at the collegiate level are eligible.
2022 Recipient: Thomas Elliott, Gloucester High School
Sylvester “Red” Deering Scholarship – minimum $1,000
GHS, IHS, RHS and MERHS students, as well as Essex Tech students who are Cape Ann or Ipswich residents, continuing their education in the Trades are eligible.
2022 Recipient: Jacob Brown, Manchester-Essex Regional High School
Rudolph “Rudy” Macchi Scholarship – minimum $1,000
GHS, IHS, RHS and MERHS students, and Essex Tech students who are Cape Ann or Ipswich residents, continuing their education in Business or a related field at the collegiate level are eligible.
2022 Recipient: Eliana Faria, Gloucester High School
Pat Roy Scholarship – minimum $1,000
GHS, IHS, RHS and MERHS students, and Essex Tech students who are Cape Ann or Ipswich residents, continuing their education in Business or a related field at the collegiate level are eligible.
2022 Recipient: Kaelyn Battle, Gloucester High School
Mr. & Mrs. L. Dexter Woodman Scholarship – $3,000
GHS, IHS, RHS and MERHS students, and Essex Tech students who are Cape Ann or Ipswich residents, continuing their education in Business or a related field at the collegiate level are eligible. Learn more at woodmanscholarship.org.
