SCHOLARSHIP APPLICATIONS ARE DUE BY FRIDAY, APRIL 18, 2025. Scholarship awards will be handed out on Monday, May 19 at the 36th Annual Golf & Education Dinner Reception at Bass Rocks Golf Club.

New Scholarship for 2025! Starting this year, the Greater Cape Ann Chamber and the Business Education Collaborative are pleased to announce the addition of the Williman "Bill" Scott Scholarship in honor of long-time Chamber member, friend, and supporter, Bill Scott, of Scott Energy. The $1,000 scholarship is open to IHS, GHS, RHS and MERHS, and Essex Tech students who are residents of greater Cape Ann, and continuing their education in Business or a related field at the collegiate level are eligible.

The Chamber annually awards six scholarships with a minimum amount of $1,000 each for area high school seniors. 

Greater Cape Ann Chamber of Commerce Scholarship - minimum $1,000

GHS, IHS, RHS and MERHS students, and Essex Tech students who are Cape Ann or Ipswich residents, continuing their education in Business or a related field at the collegiate level are eligible.

2024 Recipient: Jack Pierce, Gloucester High School

Michael Costello Scholarship - minimum $1,000

GHS, IHS, RHS and MERHS students, and Essex Tech students who are Cape Ann or Ipswich residents, continuing their education in Business or a related field at the collegiate level are eligible.

2024 Recipient: Jack Totten, IpswichHigh School

Sylvester “Red” Deering Scholarship - minimum $1,000

GHS, IHS, RHS and MERHS students, as well as Essex Tech students who are Cape Ann or Ipswich residents, continuing their education in the Trades are eligible.

2024 Recipient: Lily Aiello, Gloucester High School

Rudolph “Rudy” Macchi Scholarship - minimum $1,000

GHS, IHS, RHS and MERHS students, and Essex Tech students who are Cape Ann or Ipswich residents, continuing their education in Business or a related field at the collegiate level are eligible.

2024 Recipient: Caroline Doucette, Manchester Essex Regional High School

Pat Roy Scholarship - minimum $1,000

GHS, IHS, RHS and MERHS students, and Essex Tech students who are Cape Ann or Ipswich residents, continuing their education in Business or a related field at the collegiate level are eligible.

2024 Recipient: Kelsy Frontiero, Gloucester High School

The L. Dexter Woodman Family Foundation Scholarship - $3,000

GHS, IHS, RHS and MERHS students, and Essex Tech students who are Cape Ann or Ipswich residents, continuing their education in Business or a related field at the collegiate level are eligible. Learn more at woodmanscholarship.org.
