We are excited to announce two important staffing changes. First, Olivia Perez-O’Dess, formally Director of Member Services has taken a new role as Director of Community Relations. We are doing this as a result of our merger with Ipswich, and your feedback that we need to spend more time in the communities. Olivia will lead the Ipswich Integration and is looking forward to becoming more involved in all five of our communities. She will be attending local town Select Boards and City Council Meetings, joining community groups and visiting your business (as you would like) to ensure we are best supporting you. This position is an investment in you, our members, to better serve you.

Taking over Member Services for Olivia is new hire Sam Bevins. Sam comes to us as a Cape Ann local, and recent graduate from University of Maine. Sam has been working at our Rockport Visitor Booth, and is excited to get to know and support you.
