Who are you, and what is your business?

We are a small, family-run parking business located near Long Beach on the Gloucester/Rockport line, offering convenient public parking since 1957. With a team of seven, we provide easy access to one of Cape Ann’s most beautiful sandy beaches.

Please provide a brief description of your company.

We provide spacious, convenient beach parking for up to 250 vehicles, along with amenities to enhance your visit, including clean restrooms, outdoor showers, picnic areas, and an on-site ATM.

What inspired you to start your business, and what keeps you going?

Family-owned and operated.

What aspect of your business are you most passionate about?

Generations of family joys of coming to Long Beach.

Is there something unique about your business that you’d like to share that most people wouldn’t know about?

No Reservations needed and discounted prices to make the beach accessible to everyone.

What sets your business apart from other similar businesses?

Generational following, lower parking rates.

Do you have a goal you want your business to achieve in the next one, 5 or 10 years?

Build my weekday (M-F) business.

Great tourist destination for restaurants, shopping and Beaches.
